We’re glad to share that VendSoft now supports integration with Instant Systems/Cantaloupe Smart Stores, making it easier for operators to manage their smart stores alongside the rest of their vending business.
The integration allows machine data to flow automatically into VendSoft, including sales, inventory levels, products, machines, and planograms. That means less time working between separate systems and a clearer view of your operation from one place.
Why this integration matters
Smart stores give operators new ways to serve locations, but managing them alongside traditional vending equipment can mean dealing with multiple platforms and separate sets of data.
With the Instant Systems/Cantaloupe Smart Stores integration, VendSoft automatically imports key information from your smart machines. This helps reduce manual data entry, keep inventory information accurate, and gives you a more complete picture of your business inside VendSoft.
What you’ll be able to do
With the integration enabled, VendSoft can automatically synchronize:
- Machines
- Products
- Planograms
- Inventory levels
- Sales transactions
The integration currently supports the Instant 600 Flex, Instant 700 Cooler, Cantaloupe Smart Store 600, and Cantaloupe Smart Store 700.
Once connected, operators can use VendSoft to manage restocking through the mobile app, helping keep inventory levels accurate as products are replenished.
How to get started
Getting connected is straightforward.
You’ll first need to contact the Instant Systems Support team to request an API key. Once you receive it, send the API key to the VendSoft Support team, and we’ll configure the integration for you.
After the API key has been added, no additional integration configuration is required on your end.
