The VendSoft mobile app helps operators stay connected to their vending operations while on the move. With access to routes, service tasks, machine status, and inventory data, the app enables more responsive and efficient service.

With the latest update, the app now also supports generating Picklists directly from a mobile device—eliminating the need for manual calculations or returning to a desktop computer for inventory prep.

What the Picklist Feature Does

The Picklist feature enables operators to generate a product list that outlines the exact items and quantities needed to refill selected vending machines. The list is based on current inventory levels and target stock thresholds, making restocking preparation more accurate and efficient.

This allows for better planning and more effective use of time during restocking runs.

Using the Picklist feature can help:

How to Use It

To use the Picklist functionality:

1. Create a trip through the web interface
2. Download it in the VendSoft Mobile App
3. Go to the “Enter Trip Results” screen
4. Select the relevant machine
5. Tap “Picklist”
6. The app will display the required product quantities
