This User Manual will guide you through the process of configuring the connection between VendSoft and USA Tech. This integration will activate the automatic telemetry data transmission to the VendSoft server.

Step 1. Map ePort device to machine in VendSoft #

Once you have the Telemetry feature activated in VendSoft for your account, you will notice a new field on the View/Edit machine screen, called Telemetry ID. Go to business Machines > View/Edit Machine > Edit and enter in this field the value of the ePort device serial number. This will tell VendSoft which ePort device is attached to each machine.

Here you should be able to see the product and the selection. If the Product column is empty and the Selection column contains 4 digit MDB code instead of the selection, then there is still an issue with the mapping.

In this case, you should go back into the USALive portal and check the configuration on the screen Configuration > Column Maps.
