LOCATION

WVS maintains a list of all your locations and contacts. With each record you can specify up to six different phone numbers, two email addresses and a schedule to service the various locations. It shows you which machines are at a location, when they were installed and the date they were last serviced. You can keep a list of dated notes for that company, so you never forget those little details. When you need to correspond with your locations and contacts, use the mail merge and the mailing label features. If you wish, you can export a list of your contacts for a mail merge with your favorite word processing program.
